But there's a pretty big typo in the third paragraph in the last sentence, where you say:
Because by the time someone has lost 85% of her ideal body weight, she's very, very ill. If anorexia were staged like cancer, we'd be talking Stage III. Or more.
I think you probably meant for it to say "dropped below 85% of her ideal body weight," right? Because you'd have to be pretty damn fat (probably at least as fat as me!) for a loss of that magnitude not to kill you before you ever get there.
